Berlaku untuk setiap aplikasi yang diterbitkan Nusa Komik di Google Play

Anda dapat menghapus akun Nusa Komik beserta datanya kapan saja. Cara tercepat adalah dari dalam aplikasi; jika itu tidak memungkinkan, kirim permintaan melalui email.

1. Menghapus dari dalam aplikasi

  1. Buka aplikasi dan masuk dengan akun Google yang ingin Anda hapus.
  2. Buka tab Profile (antarmuka aplikasi berbahasa Inggris).
  3. Buka Sync & backup, lalu pilih Delete account.
  4. Baca ringkasannya dan konfirmasi.

Penghapusan dijadwalkan, bukan langsung: akun Anda masuk masa tenggang 30 hari. Selama masa itu Anda langsung keluar dari semua aplikasi kami dan tidak dapat memakai akun tersebut. Jika Anda masuk kembali dengan akun Google yang sama di salah satu aplikasi kami dalam 30 hari, penghapusan dibatalkan dan akun Anda kembali utuh. Setelah 30 hari, akun dihapus permanen dan tidak dapat dipulihkan.

Satu akun Google berarti satu akun Nusa Komik di semua aplikasi kami; penghapusan berlaku untuk seluruh akun, bukan hanya aplikasi tempat Anda memintanya.

2. Apa yang dihapus dan apa yang dianonimkan

Dihapus permanen setelah masa tenggang:

  • akun Anda dan kaitannya dengan akun Google (ID Google, email, nama tampilan);
  • favorit dan kategori, riwayat baca, dan pengaturan di setiap aplikasi kami;
  • kotak masuk notifikasi dan registrasi perangkat (ID perangkat dan token push);
  • foto profil yang Anda unggah;
  • suka pada komentar dan reaksi pada bab;
  • sesi masuk.

Dipertahankan tetapi dianonimkan (tidak lagi terkait dengan akun mana pun dan tidak dapat ditelusuri kembali kepada Anda):

  • komentar dan balasan yang Anda tulis; nama dan foto Anda tidak lagi ditampilkan di sampingnya;
  • laporan konten yang Anda kirim.

Jika Anda ingin komentar tertentu hilang sepenuhnya, hapus komentar tersebut dari dalam aplikasi sebelum menghapus akun.

3. Mengekspor data sebelum menghapus

Dari Profile → Sync & backup → Export Anda dapat mengunduh salinan data akun (favorit, kategori, riwayat baca, dan pengaturan) sebelum menghapus akun. Riwayat yang sangat panjang dapat dipotong pada ekspor; aplikasi akan memberi tahu jika itu terjadi.

4. Permintaan melalui email

Jika Anda tidak dapat mengakses aplikasi, kirim email ke nusacomic.dev@gmail.com dari alamat email akun Google yang Anda gunakan untuk masuk, dengan subjek "Delete my account". Sebutkan nama aplikasi kami yang Anda gunakan jika Anda ingat.

Kami memverifikasi bahwa Anda pemilik akun (pengiriman dari alamat email yang sama biasanya cukup; kami dapat meminta konfirmasi tambahan) dan memproses permintaan dalam 30 hari. Data yang dihapus dan dianonimkan sama dengan bagian 2.

5. Pengguna tamu

Jika Anda memakai aplikasi tanpa masuk, Anda tidak memiliki akun di server kami. Riwayat baca, favorit, dan pengaturan Anda tersimpan hanya di perangkat; menghapus aplikasi menghapus data tersebut. Tidak ada yang perlu diminta kepada kami.

6. Menghapus hanya sebagian data

  • Riwayat baca: hapus seluruhnya dari dalam aplikasi, tanpa menghapus akun.
  • Komentar: hapus satu per satu dari aplikasi.
  • Foto profil: hapus atau ganti dari Profil.
  • Registrasi perangkat: keluar dari akun di perangkat tersebut.

You can delete your Nusa Komik account and its data at any time. The quickest way is from inside the app; if that is not possible, send a request by email.

1. Deleting from inside the app

  1. Open the app and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Open Sync & backup, then choose Delete account.
  4. Read the summary and confirm.

Deletion is scheduled, not immediate: your account enters a 30-day grace period. During that time you are signed out of all our apps and cannot use the account. If you sign in again with the same Google account in any of our apps within 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored intact. After 30 days the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

One Google account means one Nusa Komik account across all our apps; deletion applies to the whole account, not only the app you requested it from.

2. What is deleted and what is anonymised

Permanently deleted after the grace period:

  • your account and its link to your Google account (Google id, email, display name);
  • favorites and categories, reading history and settings in each of our apps;
  • the notification inbox and device registrations (device id and push token);
  • the profile picture you uploaded;
  • likes on comments and reactions on chapters;
  • sign-in sessions.

Kept but anonymised (no longer linked to any account and not traceable back to you):

  • comments and replies you wrote; your name and picture are no longer shown next to them;
  • content reports you filed.

If you want specific comments gone entirely, delete them from inside the app before deleting the account.

3. Exporting your data first

From Profile → Sync & backup → Export you can download a copy of your account data (favorites, categories, reading history and settings) before deleting the account. A very long history may be truncated in the export; the app tells you if that happens.

4. Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email nusacomic.dev@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". Mention which of our apps you used if you remember.

We verify that you own the account (sending from the same email address is usually enough; we may ask for additional confirmation) and process the request within 30 days. The data deleted and anonymised is the same as in section 2.

5. Guest users

If you use the app without signing in, you have no account on our servers. Your reading history, favorites and settings are stored on the device only; uninstalling the app removes that data. There is nothing to request from us.

6. Deleting only part of your data

  • Reading history: clear all of it from inside the app, without deleting the account.
  • Comments: delete them one by one in the app.
  • Profile picture: remove or replace it from Profile.
  • Device registration: sign out on that device.
